Sprox Expert Wash provides professional doorstep car washing and detailing services. By booking a service, you agree to ensure that your vehicle is parked in a safe and accessible location for our experts to complete their work.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices may vary depending on your vehicle type and the service package selected. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in cases of extreme weather or unforeseen emergencies.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot. Cancellations made within the 2-hour window may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our experts take the utmost care, Sprox Expert Wash is not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. We advise securing any personal or valuable belongings before the wash begins.

5. User Accounts

To use our platform, you will register using your phone number. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and are fully responsible for any activities that occur under your account.
